How do I report identity theft to eBay?
The 800 number has no live person to speak to. I have to actually be a member to report anything and I don’t have an account.
Someone stole my identity and is using my name to "sell" computers. Its all fradulent and I need to put a stop to it.

as to the IDENTITY THEFT issue, you MUST call your POLICE DEPT and report this. do it now!
that has happened to me and it is a mess to take care of.
Call the police
they have a special department for online crimes
they need to be informed ASAP
They will contact ebay and will get that listing off quicker than you could ever do going through customer service

Use the ‘Live Chat’ feature on the homepage. If the guy that stole your info is using your CC number that you want to chat with the billing department and request that they remove your CC from the site. You might have to fax in some info but they will remove it
